Reflexology is a popular complementary therapy that focuses mainly on your feet. Reflexology helps your body to heal itself; it removes tension and brings balance to your body and mind. It’s gentle and non-invasive; all you have to do is take off your shoes and socks, so it’s suitable for almost anyone, anywhere.

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of pure plant essential oils to help relieve a variety of ailments ranging from stress-related conditions and mental tension to stimulating the immune system. The aromatic qualities of essential oils are soothing and beneficial in themselves, but when applied topically (on the skin) combined with massage therapy, the effects of the oils are enhanced as massage stimulates circulation and eases muscle tension.

Acupuncture is part of a system of healing that originated in China and other Eastern countries over 2000 years ago. It is based on the principle that good health comes from a smooth and balanced flow of energy, or Qi (pronounced chee) in the body.

Read what our clients’ say…

  • I came to Amanda via a recommendation from my Osteopath and initially I went for massage treatments. Amanda was however quick to observe that reflexology and reiki might prove to be more beneficial for me so she started to incorporate those therapies into our sessions. That ability to observe what is often an unstated need and then adjust the session to the individual is so important. Each session with Amanda is different because it is based on my needs at the time, she offers a highly personalised and holistic approach to health.

  • I have been going to Frances for several years now, and she is without doubt the best massage therapist I’ve been too. She has learned so many different things now that she comes at your treatment holistically, and you get the best of all her talents.

  • Your BarreConcept workout is always good; it is developmental and well crafted. It is also very good for my toes, so thank you for that too.

  • I’ve been a regular patient of Jane for over 6 years – as an office based workaholic and irregular runner, I’ve found regular sports massage essential to my well being. Jane is a very talented therapist and considers the holistic patient, she is able to identify and deal with specific problem areas, as well as offering practical suggestions of exercises that really help. Jane has a wonderfully personable manner – I can’t recommend her highly enough.

  • I started seeing Anu about 5 months ago after suffering for many months with chronic fatigue and digestive problems leading to weight loss. After a couple of months of treatment my energy levels were so improved I felt like a new person, eager to get on with my life again. My digestive problems have also improved markedly. I continue to see Anu intermittently for ‘top-up’ treatments which keep me in good form. Well worth it. Highly recommended!
