Deep tissue, remedial Massage relieves muscle tension in tight knotted tissues realigning and stretching the muscle, using a series of techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, myofascial release and trigger pointing.



Massage is a treatment which relaxes the muscles and the mental state, and which stimulates and balances all body systems.
